SUWANEE, Ga. - September 20, 2010 - With the new meZO (Mitsubishi Electric Zone) controller app for iPhone and iPod Touch, users can now control Mitsubishi Electric Cooling and Heating Solutions (Mitsubishi Electric) systems remotely.
Using a Wi-Fi connection or Mobile Service 3G network, the meZO controller app enables users to control CITY MULTI® VRF zoning systems and Mr. Slim® split-ductless and ducted units connected to the Mitsubishi Electric Network (M-NET) and controlled from one of Mitsubishi Electric's proprietary centralized controllers.
The meZO controller app allows users to monitor the zone temperature, turn the indoor unit on or off, and set the mode, temperature, fan speed and vane direction, all without having to be on-site. Additionally, the meZO controller app is configured through menu-driven settings that support multiple locations, multiple controllers per location and customizable names for indoor units for easy control and monitoring.
