MEHVAC Announces Additions to Sr Management Team

SUWANEE, Ga. - June 12, 2008 - With its continued growth, Mitsubishi Electric HVAC Advanced Products Division announces three new members to the senior management team.

"Over the past few years, we've realized steady growth in the intelligent air-conditioning and heat pump market. To support demand for our products and increase our presence in the industry, we continue to expand the Division," says William Rau, senior vice president and general manager, Mitsubishi Electric HVAC. "These high-level positions will be integral to strategically growing our brand within the United States and capitalizing on opportunities."

As senior director of strategy and planning, Eugenia Copeland leads development of the Division's strategic and operating planning processes to support sales growth and divisional strategic direction. Copeland works closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate market expansion opportunities and market positioning strategies.

Before joining Mitsubishi Electric HVAC, Copeland worked as director, strategic development for Office Depot, Delray Beach, Fla., where she led a 12-member team responsible for developing and executing market growth strategies, strategic partnerships and marketing programs. Copeland also worked as senior consultant and then later as principal strategy consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Chicago, Ill., and Detroit, Mich. Copeland earned a master of science in industrial engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, and a master of business administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich. She also has a bachelor of science in mathematics/physics from Spellman College, Atlanta.

Dale Fields joins the Division as director of national accounts, responsible for managing corporate relationships across the country and growing the Mitsubishi Electric HVAC brand. Fields also works closely with regional zone managers to establish national accounts and ensure emerging opportunities for the Division are addressed effectively.

Before joining Mitsubishi Electric HVAC, Fields worked as director of global sales and marketing for Barksdale Control Products, Los Angeles, Calif., where he was responsible for sales, channel development, marketing and customer care activities. Fields also worked for seven years at Invensys, Rockford, Ill., a global automation and controls company. As director of sales, Fields was accountable for maintaining the strategic direction of the North, South and Latin American divisions as well as revenue growth, employee development and forecasting. Fields earned his masters of business administration from Pepperdine University, Malibu, Calif., and a bachelor of science in industrial technology engineering from Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, Ga.

Allan Dziwoki has been promoted to senior director, business services. In his new role, Dziwoki oversees Mitsubishi Electric HVAC's Business Services Group, which includes customer service, technical service, logistics, training, information technology and organizational development. Dziwoki has been with the Division since 2000. Since then, he has directed several major company-wide initiatives, including a customer relationship management system, an integrated performance management system and a joint strategic planning process with Mitsubishi Electric HVAC distributors. He also was responsible for the development of a state-of-the-art consumer lead response system.

Prior to joining the Division, Dziwoki worked as operations manager at Giben International, Atlanta, Ga., an Italian manufacturer of automated, heavy panel-sizing machinery. After graduating from George Mason University with a bachelor of science in electrical and computer engineering, Dziwoki fulfilled a four-year active duty tour with the U.S. Army in Fort Knox, Ky., during which he served in Operation Desert Storm. Dziwoki also earned his master of science in management from The Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.
