Mitsubishi Electric Website Gets a New Look

SUWANEE, Ga. - January 29, 2010 -Mitsubishi has launched a redesigned website incorporating Message Segmentation to deliver concise, useful, content to the various user types who visit the site. This process of Message Segmentation was established after doing usability studies of the previous website, customer feedback research and numerous focus groups.
Mitsubishi's goal for these activities was to be able to provide the most relevant information for Homeowners, Engineers, Architects, Building Owners, HVAC Contractors and Distributors in a format that was of interest for them and present that information in an interactive environment that uses technology in a clear and straight-forward manner.
Simply said, the site creates an opportunity for Mitsubishi to educate the various user types on the technologies, products and services that they provide. And then offer a means to locate other users in the channel.
The site is live today and will continue to have additional items become active and added over the coming weeks.
