New Chicago Training Center Opens for Classes
Tuesday, June 20, 2006Suwanee, Ga. -
Mitsubishi Electric HVAC, Suwanee, Ga., has announced the opening
of its new training center in Chicago, according to William Rau,
senior vice president and general manager, Mitsubishi Electric
HVAC.
"The opening of the new Chicago Training Center (CTC) illustrates
Mitsubishi Electric HVAC's commitment to providing dealers with the
best training possible, no matter where they are based. With this
new training center, we hope to make it easier for dealers and
distributors, especially those in the Midwest, to receive
instruction in an easy-to-reach, centralized location. The new CTC
also helps ensure customers around the country have access to
well-trained dealers, the best possible service and quality
products," says Rau.
The CTC, newly opened in June, features a 20-by-34-foot room used
for Mitsubishi Electric HVAC training and is located at the A to Z
Sales facility, Downer's Grove, Ill. The center facilitates both
the R410A CITY MULTI® Service Course and the R410A Mr.
Slim® M- and P- Series Service Course, all using the
most advanced technology, according to Mike Graham, sales manager
for A to Z Sales. The room also serves as a showroom for
contractors interested in Mitsubishi Electric HVAC products and as
a training center for A to Z Sales' Comfort Academy, which helps
attendees refine the skills needed to sell and install HVAC brands.
The CTC hosts the same CITY MULTI and Mr. Slim training courses
offered at Mitsubishi Electric HVAC's Dallas and Atlanta Training
Centers.
Featuring a classroom designed for 20 attendees, the CTC is
equipped with new R410A equipment and fully operational CITY MULTI
and Mr. Slim indoor and outdoor units for hands-on training.
"The extensive training that dealers receive helps improve not only
their skills and effectiveness, but also their bottom line.
Additionally, end-user customers benefit, as dealers who've
completed the training courses are fully equipped and qualified to
sell Mitsubishi Electric HVAC products," says Rau.
Chicago's central location allows dealers from all over North
America to easily reach the training center, considering its close
proximity to O'Hare International and Midway International
Airports. In addition, hotel accommodations for those visiting are
superior, with shuttle rides available to and from the training
center. Complimentary breakfast and lunch is served at each
class.
