2006 Distributor of the Year

its recent annual Distributor Conference, February 6-9, 2007,
Sheraton Resort & Spa at Wild Horse Pass, Chandler, Ariz., the
HVAC Advanced Products Division of Mitsubishi Electric honored
Gemaire Distributors, Inc., Deerfield Beach, Fla. as the 2006
Distributor of the Year. Gemaire exceeded expectations in 2006 and
played an integral role in the overall success of Mitsubishi
Electric HVAC, according to Bud Nardello, national sales
director.
The Distributor of the Year award distinguishes exemplary sales,
growth and overall effort with Mitsubishi Electric HVAC products.
Along with providing their customers with a complete inventory of
high-quality equipment and parts, Gemaire offers unmatched service
support and proactive marketing, both of which are integral to
their success.

During the Distributor Conference, Mitsubishi Electric HVAC also
honored GSC Ltd., Smith, Bermuda, as International Distributor of
the Year and Gunder & Associates, Inc., Dallas, as
Manufacturer's Representative of the Year. Additionally, five
distributors received Excellence in Alliance awards for their
commitment to Mitsubishi's Diamond Alliance; 26 distributors
received Superior Sales Awards for significantly exceeding their
2006 sales quota; and 43 distributors received Quota Buster Awards
for meeting their sales quotas.

Accomplishments
A 2006 survey by ACH&R News listed Mitsubishi Electric as
contractors' most preferred ductless manufacturer and the number
one brand in price/value, availability, reliability and performance
specifications. In 2004, Mr. Slim received a Bronze Award in
ACH&R News' Dealer Design Awards contest and CITY MULTI
received a Bronze Award in the HVAC product category in 2005 for
Consulting Specifying Engineer's Product of the Year contest.
Additionally, in 2003 and 2004, the Air-Conditioning &
Refrigeration Institute (ARI) recognized Mitsubishi Electric HVAC
